He is also the Founder President of TiE Madhya Pradesh, which he set up with businessmen, investors and professionals from Indore and Bhopal in 2017. During 2016-2018 he was Managing Director and CEO of Madhya Pradesh Venture Finance Limited (MPVFL) and helped set up SEBI Registered CAT 1 AIF Rs 100 Cr Venture Fund for Govt of MP, India. During 2013-2016 he was elected Board Member of Gulf Navigation Holding PJSC, Dubai and was appointed as Managing Director of GulfNav, which he was able to turnaround in most difficult times. He owned and ran MITCON International, Dubai, a Management Consulting Firm, during 2002-2019. He has been Board Member and Board advisor to companies in GCC and India. He founded Knowledge Partners Publications Trading Llc in 2011 and ran it till 2019 in Dubai, He founded Vishwa Panthastha, Publication company, in Pune, India in 2015, publishing magazine for NRIs. He founded GMBF (Gulf Maharashtra Business Forum) in 2004 in Dubai. He was on the managing committee of Dubai Human Resources Forum (DHRF) till 2014. MITCON International offered Management, Investment and Technology Consulting Services to large diversified corporates in the GCC region (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, UAE) and India and advised on turnaround of companies. He has 33 years of global experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Advisory, Strategic, Management and Technology consulting for wide range of industrial sectors such as oil and gas, heavy and light engineering, engineering solutions, chemical, infrastructure including power, roads, utilities, Public Sector Undertakings, aviation, banking and financial services, agriculture, travel and tourism, technology, healthcare, FMCG, retail and service sectors within GCC and India. He has been dealing with banks, financial institutions, high net worth investors, corporate houses, project investors, entrepreneurs, government and private institutions in GCC and India for providing investment banking and consulting support. Earlier he assisted in raising and investing over AED 910 Million by way of IPO in Dubai market, over AED 62 Million by way of Private equity in GCC market, over INR 12,000 Cr. in Indian market, in the last 29 years. He contested Parliamentary Elections in 2019 from Indore Loksabha Constituency as Independent Candidate and managed to create impact through a carefully drafted Election Manifesto, which partially became guideline for development of Indore afterwords. He is currently working on select projects in India and selectively mentors start ups and CXOs across globe. He is active in Social Impact sector, founded First Sunday, a social initiative in Pune and organized SRUJAN 2025, a symposium on building sustainable ecosystems, focusing on Food, Energy, Water, Technology and Social Impact with emphasis on innovation and sustainability, in June 2025.
